Title VI Welcome Packet
The Title VI Welcome Packet is intended for both new and experienced Title VI Directors and staff, as it can be used as both an introduction to the Title VI program, as well as an ongoing tool and resource for daily use. The packet contains all of the important documents that you need for your program in one place. The packet covers Title VI Grants, Tribal MIPPA Grants, the Title VI Resource Manual and Quick Guides, Title VI Training, and the On-Farm Market Directory project. These topics are discussed in the included introductory letter, which also contains helpful, external links and short document descriptions for everything in your packet.
Please note that the Title VI Welcome Packet was created using something called a “PDF Portfolio.” When you attempt to download the packet, you may be prompted to “Get Adobe Reader Now” in order to use it. If this occurs, then you may select that option and download the latest, free version of “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.” Once installed, you can then download and use the packet. However, if for some reason you still cannot view the packet, or you do not wish to go through these steps, then you are welcome to download our alternate “Title VI Welcome Letter” below. The letter has all of the same information as the packet, but it includes external document links instead of having everything located in one place.
Title VI Welcome Letter
The Title VI Welcome Letter can be downloaded and used instead of the Title VI Welcome Packet above if you are having trouble downloading or viewing the packet. As stated above, the letter contains the same information, but instead of having all of the documents located in one file, it simply provides links to the documents you need. This means that you will need to click links to view or download individual documents instead of having them all conveniently located in one place.
